My flatmate is moving out of her room (en-suite) and I am looking to find a new tenant who can move in for the 10th of November. Student or working professional, i don‘t mind. The most important thing is cleanliness for me as we keep the flat very tidy.
The room is furnished so all of the furniture can be kept/bought (not a must however). I am very happy to provide pictures of the furniture.
I used the original pictures from the letting agency hence the GLP logo.
I’m looking for a tenant that can pass the rent check, so right to rent, pay between 3-6 months of rent in advance if you don‘t earn 2,5 times more than what the rent costs (around £66k).
Please keep that in mind before reaching out.
Bills/Utilities are around 230 in total, so about 115£ each.
