Hello! I am leaving the country and therefore sadly this lovely flat as well.
I am looking for someone who can move in with my existing flatmate for the next 6 months (although, alternatively, a very short stay of 6 weeks would work as well as a friend of ours could move in afterwards). At the end of the 6 months the landlord will be taking it back.
The flat is old but quite spacious, and literally around the corner from Covent Garden. Living room is perfect for hosting dinner parties, drinks, friends etc. I am leaving next week, and you could move in from the 16th. Looking to move fast here - my flatmate or I will be around on the weekend and in the evenings after work for viewings.
My flatmate would prefer to live with another professional so you two could split the council tax. He's very clean and quite funny, I vouch for him.
