As a comment: I would expect you to be over 23, BUT I have had younger lodgers stay and it actually worked very well, so if your keen then I would consider you, as Kings Collage is also only about 5 mins walk (I am a computer sience grad), but please note this is not a party central flat infact quite the opersite.

A well appointed modern flat situated within the Adelphi conservation area, has a large double bedroom with double doors to the flat's private balcony, available to rent.

The room is light and sunny, with a high quality bed and mattress, desk and chair, built in double wardrobe. Also included in the room is a flat screen TV (wall mounted) with SKY+ box (with Full Sky+ package, ie ALL movies and ALL sports etc all in HD, with catchup and box sets included!), there is a DVD player too. The room has a broadband connection with both hard-wire and Wifi available within the room.

The flat is modern and surprisingly quiet (even sitting on the balcony) with the room available sharing a large bathroom with double sinks, and bath/shower. The kitchen is inclusive of: microwave, dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer.

Close by there are countless, restaurants, cinemas and theatres. This being the West End. The famous South Bank and National Theatre (over the river) only 5 minutes walk. Covent Garden plaza are 4 mins, and Soho, Leicester Square and China Town are all only about 7 minutes walk. This is a great location, yet quite.

Transport: Charing Cross rail and Tube are 1min, Embankment Tube is 2min, and Trafalgar Square (with its night buss hub) is 3min walk.

Although it is so central we have plenty of local amenities like Tesco, Sainsbury, gyms, all within a 2-3 mins walk as well.

This is a quite household and we are generally looking for a similar person to join us.

Monday-Friday option would also be considered and at a reduced price.
