Spacious room in modern Covent Garden flat (WC2)

Spacious double bedroom in a modern well-decorated flat in the heart of Covent Garden - although located just off the main streets so that the flat itself is peaceful. It's only a few minutes walk to Covent Garden piazza or any of the Covent Garden or Soho theatres or bars. The green spaces of St James Park and Green Park are also five minutes away.

The apartment has a very large living area and study with double-height ceiling, and a separate kitchen and dining room with further sofa. The kitchen has lots of work surfaces, with a long double galley (see the photos). There’s also a wine fridge.

The double bedroom has the sole use of its own bathroom so there's good privacy. The bedrooms are on separate floors. A cleaner comes once a week. There is a six-foot HD TV projector in the living room, with SkyHD TV (and an Xbox if that’s your kind of thing), and wireless broadband. All bills are included in the rent.

N. B. I should add that the flat is ground floor and lower ground. (My bedroom is on the lower ground floor, your bedroom is on the ground floor.) The flat is lovely inside, but it does not offer anything in the way of views... Just want to give you the big picture!

Finally about the room - it has changed slightly since I last had photos taken, mainly because I have installed a new large built-in wardrobe and a new bed. So good changes, honest!

A little about me: I'm a lawyer and a snowboard instructor, an enthusiastic (if not so speedy) triathlete, and am generally fairly busy trying to enjoy London's varied social and cultural life as much as possible.

For transport links, in addition to the Covent Garden tube station, there's also Leicester Square, Charing Cross and Embankment close by, giving a great choice of tube travel options (Piccadilly, Northern, Bakerloo, District, Circle lines). For overland trains, Charing Cross is very close, and Waterloo only two stops away. Covent Garden is genuinely right at the heart of London.
