This is a great flat and I’ve lived here for almost 12 years. I have the smaller bedroom (I work long hours and I’m hardly there) so I’m renting out the larger room. I’m looking for someone relaxed, easy-going & considerate to share my home and would prefer a longer let (12 months) if possible but will consider anything from 6 months+.

The bedrooms and bathroom are on the 3rd floor (& to be clear, the building does not have a lift). The bathroom is shared between us and is modern & clean with a bath & electric shower. The lounge/ dining room is upstairs on the 4th floor along with the fully-equipped kitchen which leads out to the patio/ garden.

The flat has 50mb wireless broadband, Virgin Tivo & a cleaner who comes every week.

Bills come to around £200/ month each.

The rent is £300/ week (£1300/ month) which is a great deal for Covent Garden living. The room is available from 10th December 2016.

I'm a 43 year old gay guy. I run my own successful media company & like to relax with a bottle of wine as much as be out socialising in Covent Garden & the West End.

This flat share is not right for you if you're a couple looking to move in together - but of course if your partner, girlfriend, boyfriend, date or secret lover want to stay some nights then that's different!
