Lovely double room with double bed in flatshare

Price is negotiable. Double bedroom measures 2m x 3m Newly decorated but you're most welcome to redecorate. Large double bed. Large living room with bay windows. Small bathroom & kitchen. It is a 1 bedroom flat but due to a back injury I always sleep on the couch. You have the whole flat for use. I've heard nightmare stories about peoples not being allowed to decorate & just have the room, well it's the complete opposite here. I want whoever moves in to feel at home. I just want to make clear that it is a 1 bedroom flat & the bathroom & bedroom are next door to each other but I sleep on the couch as I have a bad back so the bedroom is always empty but you have use of the whole flat & friends are always welcome & I am currently getting a new carpet for the bedroom.
