Lovely Flat in Covent Garden

I am letting my apartment, as I would be away on holidays for weeks.

This is a one-bedroom apartment with a spacious bedroom, reception room and a modern kitchen. The house is fully furnished and is ideal for eleven-week stay. The apartment will be available from 18th of August to 18th September of 2016 (1 month).

My apartment is located in Covent Garden, the heart of London with seconds of access to all amenities such as shopping complexes, restaurants, theatres, nightclubs, tourist attractions and anything you can think of having in London.

The location has excellent transportation links with underground trains services till midnight and buses running 24 hours to all directions.

The apartment is available for a single person or a couple for the said eight weeks for a fraction of the price anyone would pay in this area. My concern is to have the apartment occupied by someone who will maintain it clean and tidy as it is till I get back from my holidays.
