I am looking for a student or professional to rent my beautiful spacious double room in a new build located right in the centre of London. Easy walking distance to everywhere in central London including Tottenham Court Road, Covent garden, Soho and Oxford circus. Very close to ucl and many other universities.

The room is fully furnished with a double wardrobe, four poster bed, chest of drawers and double glazed windows for minimum noise. Room also has a desk. The apartment is furnished to a high specification.

There are lots of amenities close by including shops, pubs, cafes and cleaners.

Rent is £375 a week and all bills including council tax, electricity and internet are inclusive.

Rent is paid in advance every 4 weeks
