Hi there
I am leaving my lovely flat of 5 years to move in with my boyfriend so my room is available ASAP.
It is a double room. furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, with room to add a chest of drawers or similar item of your own (as I have done).
The flat itself is on the second floor (which is the top floor) of a small block just off Colney Hatch Lane in Muswell Hill. All the convenience of being 2 minutes walk from a 24 hour bus route, but not the noise of living on that road itself! Only 10 minutes or so from Highgate Tube, or about the same to Bounds Green.
We share a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and separate toilet. The Landlord is absolutely brilliant, can't fault him, hence why I stayed so long!
My current flatmate is a 29 year old guy. He is quiet, clean and considerate but happy to have a chat - he really has been great to live with. He doesn't mind sharing with a guy or a girl either.
He is looking for a clean and considerate flatmate, who wants somewhere cosy to call home, but is quite quiet. It is a lovely home and we love looking after it and relaxing there, and just looking for someone else who would view it the same!
