The lodging will suit a house proud person who is willing to take care of the unit as theirs. It won’t suit anyone who is into house parties, smoking, drugs or any form of anti-social behaviours or has communication issues or does not care for or about the beautiful garden and the surroundings of the property.

The rent is quoted per person not per couple. £750 for en-suite room and £900 for studio flat

Deposit: £one month’s rent, to be paid up front to secure the let.

Due to the well-maintained condition of the property and current occupancy, only working professionals preferred and references from previous landlord/employer will be required. As the property owner works away from home so the beautiful property is only suitable for people looking to lodge with renewable Lodger’s licence. We are not looking for anyone looking for tenancy. Current lodgers have been lodging for over 10 and 2 years.
