So, We are looking to rent our massive bright double rooms to suit a single person £800 inclusive of all bills such as:
- council tax
- water
- electricity
- high speed WiFi
- gas
Note: From October to February a surcharge might be added in case of over usage, no need to worry if careful.
Although there is no animal at present in the flat, If you have Small furries in cages ( rats, chinchillas, degu, hamsters…) they are very welcome as the room is indeed very large. No other animal can be accommodated I am afraid.
It comprises of a double bed, a coffee table, 1 large set of drawers, a massive double walking wardrobe with storage to ceiling, high ceiling, original wooden floor, a double sofa another wardrobe, bookshelf and Views onto the terrace, hot and cold fan, and few other perks.
Double glazing and central heating throughout.
The bathroom and kitchen are to be shared with 2 others (we all work different hours so we do not have to queue).
We treat the flat as a home and would like to share with like minded flat mates.
The flat is located in the heart of Cricklewood Broadway, Near Kilburn station on the jubilee line (20mn to baker Street). Close to all amenities, bars and restaurants. It is also literally seconds away from bus stop 16,32,189, 332 N16 (Victoria, kensington, Bond Street) and 5 mn from Cricklewood train station, with fast direct links to West Hampstead, Kentish town, Kings Cross St Pancras, Moorgate, Farringdon, City Thameslink, Blackfriars, London Bridge, Brighton and Luton Airport.3 mn from buses 245,266,226, 260 to Willesden Green, Shepherds bush and Golders Green.
