Room available

A room is becoming available in our lovely house - it is not huge but it is very homey.

The house is located in a really nice and quiet neighbourhood, which is rare in London! It is also close to Middlesex University, so perfect if you’re studying there.

There are three rooms, one en suite, two housemates, an open kitchen and living room, one bathroom and a toilet. We get along well, often sharing a laugh over a drink or two, but we’re also respectful of each other’s space.

There’s also a communal front garden and private back yard.

Transport links are good, 10 minute walk to Cricklewood train station, Jubilee line (Kilburn) and Overground (Brondesbury) just a 10 minute bus ride away, There are plenty of buses, with at least 3 or 4 every 5 minutes. Shops are also close by with Tesco just around the corner, and Lidl and Co-op both a 5 minute walk away.

We’re looking for someone who cleans as they go, because cleaning rotas are soul destroying and must be avoided for the sake of our collective sanity.

Rent is £520 PCM, deposit is £880.
