We are 3 young full time working professionals looking for an another young professional to join our cosy first floor flat. We are a clean, tidy and respectful household and enjoy a friendly chat and coffee.

IMPORTANT: you will need a landlord reference OR guarantor. If you have any questions, come along to view and we can chat.

~10 minute walk from Willesden Green tube station
10 minute bus to Kilburn station
5 minute walk to Lidl / corner shops

• The Room

A nice, light, double room fully furnished in the heart of the flat.

Double bed (bedding not included)
Wardrobe
Dresser
Bedside table/shelf

• The Flat

Shared bathroom, aside from the en-suite, kitchen, and living room. Balcony to relax on, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, all kitchen and cooking utensils and plates etc.

We are all clean, tidy and considerate individuals. We love a park walk, coffee, good food and good music. We are respectful of eachother, eachother’s belongings and the shared space. We wash up our dishes, take the bins out when they’re full and are mindful of each other’s belongings. If that sounds like you, then shoot us a message!
