We’re sadly saying goodbye to a tenant / friend this month and so we’re looking for a sociable and clean tenant to move into our gorgeous home. You’ll be living with 3 females (ages 22-27) who go above and beyond to make this house a super fun, homely and clean environment.

1. The bedroom is £590 a month (not including bills)
2. Bills come to around £70 a month each (including Wifi, Water, Electricity and Council Tax)
3. Deposit = one months rent upfront
4. Moving in date = 1st March - 1st April 2020
