Rent is 800/month (bills not included -WiFi , water and electricity) The flat is on the ground floor, comes with washer/dryer, private patio and 2 large storage closets. The apartment complex is newly built, includes an on-site gym, 24-hour concierge/security, bike storage unit and parking garage. 24-hour bus stations are right outside of the flat. The area is well connected. A 15 mins bus ride + 13 mins on the underground can get you to Central London in 30 mins depending on the weather, of course.
