I’m a live-in landlord working freelance in the film industry as a writer / filmmaker — friendly, respectful, and looking for someone easygoing and tidy to share the space.

I also have a boxer dog called Reggie — he’s super friendly, well-trained, and loved by everyone in the building. He spends most of his time napping or following me around, so he’s great company if you like dogs.
