Double bedroom with en-suite (All bills included)

I have a beautiful double bedroom with en-suite in brand new apartment with a garden and balcony. All bills included.

Local amenities are only a minutes walk away.

I’m a live in landlord, I’m very laid back and friendly, I work as an actor and freelance designer.

I’m a big animal lover and have a cat (Archie) and a dog (Reggie), both are very friendly.

The room does have an en-suite which is also a shared bathroom as it has two entrances, one in the room and one in the hallway.

The flat is a good size - with access to a shared garden at the back and a large balcony at the front , dishwasher & washing machine. I have a 65” TV with surround sound, Netflix and all other streaming platforms (All included).

There is also a Co-op and a huge David Lloyd gym both next door.

The flat is in Cricklewood and is very close to busses(50 metres), Thameslink (90 metres)

I have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.

I should also mention that I do smoke (mainly on the balcony but do also smoke inside) so it would probably be best for another smoker unless smoke doesn’t bother you.

Should you decide to take the room I do ask all tenants for a security deposit of £1075 (one month’s rent) plus the first 2 months rent paid up front.
