**PRIVATE LANDLORD - ENSUITE - GARDEN - LIVING ROOM - SPACE TO WFH**

Hi! We’re Katie, Ava and Sandra and we have 1 room available as of September 1st! (can be earlier, send us a note with your preferred move in date!) We are looking for a new member to join our lovely little home 🥰

We have a 4 bed, 4 bath with a large garden, two reception rooms, modern kitchen with dishwasher, shed and gas bbq. We are all professionals in our mid-twenties - early 30’s who love sharing a bottle of wine and catching up over our days, but also appreciate that we each have our own thing going on and sometimes just want to chill out in our rooms. For those working from home, we have a kitchen with open plan dining space as well as a large living room, both can be used to wfh.

We love to host dinner parties, often find ourselves doing large ‘family’ dinners in the evenings after work and are always down for drinks out too! We also love a cheeky trip to the West End 😉

The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a night stand. The bathroom that comes with this room is spacious and has a tub!

The house is located in Cricklewood (just outside of West Hampstead) and it is within walking distance of: 
* Cricklewood Station (Thames link) which takes you to Kings Cross in 10 mins and Farringdon in under 20. 
*Golders Green for the Northern Line
* West Hampstead and Kilburn for the Jubilee line or Overground
* Brent Cross Shopping Centre 
* Local shops and takeaways 
* 3x Gyms
* Hampstead Heath
* Large Tesco, Sainsbury’s & Lidl

A bit about us:

Katie (30) - works in events and is always down for a gig whether it be comedy, music or theatre. Cooks a mean roast as well to make up for the cocktails the night before!

Ava (26) - law grad, loves reading, cooking or just spending time with friends!

Sandra (30) - works in brand design and marketing, loves a gym sesh and hanging out in the garden!

The room is £747.90 plus bills which come to around £120 a month.
