The current tenants are graduates and in full time employment, very easy-going and friendly, but also very respectful of each other’s privacy. Languages spoken in the house include: English, Spanish, Portuguese & Romanian.
The housemates have a cleaning rota and take turns buying cleaning products, kitchen roll, toilet paper, washing up liquid etc.

There are many transport links situated close to the house:
- Cricklewood Thameslink Station (5 minutes walk)
- Killburn Station (15 minutes walk)
- Brondesbury Station (15 minutes walk)
