The room in a 6 bedroom terraced house (yet one wouldn't feel like due the massive ground level shared living space). Available from March the 1st until the 31st, if necessary it could be extended to April the 3rd.
A 12 sq. m(approx) bedroom. It is located on the second floor (garden facing). The room is offered unfurnished, but as it's a short we can provide a single bed, desk with a chair and some shelves for storage.

We are a household filled with happy souls from across various cultures, nationalities and industry (Hospitality, Music, Marketing to name a few).

We love "Good Food" and a bit of banter at the table along with a pint or two beers.

Oh yeah!!! we are the best host when it comes to parties. In case, should you like to be in a Zen mode, we have got that covered too.

About our new Housemate

We are preferably looking for a long term housemate, someone who appreciates both social and private space. It's our home, so we want the incoming housemate to feel the same and look after/maintain the house with utmost care.

Good to Know

All shared living spaces including staircases, garden & basement are cleaned by us every week(each of us will do the cleaning once in every 6 weeks).

Basic yet can be easily neglected, “ Clean after yourself “ . Communal areas to be kept clean and tidy at all times.

The price is inclusive of everything including kitchen essentials (washing up liquid, hand wash, cling film, baking papers, silver foil, cleaning sponge, cloths, mops, floor cleaners etc...)

No pets allowed & we would prefer a Non-Smoker
