Large double room in friendly house with garden

The room is on the first floor and faces the garden and north west. So it’s quiet and gets sun in the late afternoon.
In the photos the tv and some of the small furniture belongs to the current tenant.
I can however provide some items such as a desk. This is best discussed.
In the house is me, also in the first floor and another lodger on the second floor loft room.
The first floor also has two small rooms used as a study and a wardrobe/ storage room and a bathroom with a bath.
Downstairs there is a shared living room a shared kitchen and sitting room that are open plan. There is a shower and toilet at the back of the house and there is a large garden. Also shared.

I like both to be sociable and have my own space and quiet. I love playing board games so if you do too that would be great.
I meditate, paint play violin and am currently a maths teacher. But don’t worry I prefer practicing when everyone is out.

I have two cats Dusty and Slinky.

All amenities, wifi, bills, washing machine and kitchen are included in the price.
