Modern Double room zone 2 northwest London

Hello everyone! My flatmate and I have, starting from June, a lovely double bedroom in the zone 2 (Cricklewood) in northwest London available in our 3 bedroom flat.

ABOUT THE FLAT:

When it comes to location, the area is incredibly convenient having nearby two tube stations, Kilburn (5 minutes by bus), and Willesden Green (a 10 minute walk). We also have a Thameslink station (5 minutes by walk) that connects you very easily to central London, the Luton airport and etc. And in addition, many buses passing by the bus stop in the main road, which is just across the street from us.

The area is very lively with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around, as well as grocery shops and other conveniences.

Shared kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is managed by an agency. You would be asked to prove your right to rent in the UK, as well as your income.

Bills are not included on the rent price. I would be more than happy to provide more details regarding to that if you reach out.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for someone respectful and considerate, who is clean and tidy, and has no problem in sharing the cleaning tasks of the common spaces with us.
Also, of course, someone friendly, although we are both very respectful of personal space, so we have no problems if you need quiet time on your own as well.

Professionals only I’m afraid, and no couples.

We are two females, both 25 year-old, I am on my last year of uni, and my flatmate is working professional, working partially from home. We’re both busy people, but would love to get to know you.
