This is a bright double room in NW2 London flat. It's a new build with a gym and It also has a balcony. The main bathroom will be yours as I have my own bathroom.
It’s a stone throw from Gladstone Park.
5 mins walk from Brent cross west train station. Gets me everywhere. The bus stop is a less than minute walk. Lots of night buses. It’s on a main road so if you’re like me and worried about your walk after a night out ... there’s a concierge and security.

You’ll be living with me the live in landlord. I’m a 32 year old, I work in media and I’m all about good vibes. I like to talk but I really value my own space and quiet time.
I’m into samba, roller-skating and watching RHOA. I’m a mother to a few plants. If you have any to add then that would be nice.

Rent is £1,100 a month all bills included and a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks.
I’d ideally want the someone to move in 2nd week of January 2025 .
