Big room with En-suite in WIllesden Green

Hi everyone,

Room for rent with en-suite and shared living room.
Unfortunately I have to leave London and I am looking for someone to take over my room. There is still a 3 months ongoing contract that will be renewed every year after this 3 months take over.
The landlord doesn't accept students or couples unfortunately.

Large and bright double bed room in a 3 bedrooms house share to let in Willesden Green NW26DH, in a new, modern, fully furnished and in excellent condition, with your own bathroom. The room and Bathroom are on the top floor. (2nd floor).
Shared kitchen with dining area, washing machine etc, share of Livingroom too.

There s a big park 10 minutes walk from the flat.

Transports are nearby and convenient.
Thameslink and Jubilee Line are about 10 minutes walk.
Many convenient stores 5 minutes by foot as well.
20 minutes to Farringdon with Thameslink, 35 minutes to Soho with Jubilee Line.

The rent is 950£ monthly.
The bills are not included and the deposit is 850£.
(Bills per month roughly: 78£ council tax, 22£ Internet, 45£ electricity/gas).

You will share the flat with Haley , a 23 yo Vietnamese muchacha and Yifan, a 27 yo Chinese muchacha.
They are looking for a professional that is easy going, clean and open minded. Be clean, respectful and everything will be flawless :)

The room is available to move in from The 22nd of May 2024 onward. The contract is until the 22nd of August 2024, Then a new contract of a year will be signed if you decide to stay. Contract is renewed every year.
