2 Lovely Double Bedrooms in Cricklewood

Helloooo lovely room seekers, I have 2 lovely sized double rooms coming up in a gorgeous 3 bedroom flat in Cricklewood as my two friends are leaving in August.

Both rooms are £800pcm each, available from the 30th of August for a 12 month contract.

Bills usually come to around £50pp and is in the council tax band F.

I have lived here with pals for two years now so we've built up quite a good relationship with the estate agents/landlord.

The flat has 2 bathrooms (both with showers and one with a bath) and a lovely living room!! The flat was refurbished the year before I moved in so is in a lovely condition.

Great transport links with the Thameslink station being across the road and both Kilburn and Willesden Green stations within a 15 minute walk. Loads of bus routes from just outside the house too!

Walking distance from a Lidl, Co-Op, Tesco Express. Plenty of pubs and other shops within walking distance. Also walking distance from West Hampstead which is great for charity shopping and bars/pubs.

Both rooms are on the second floor with furniture and plenty of storage space in both.

A bit about me….
I have just graduated my film degree and have started full time work in the local area so would love to stay on at this flat. I love to cook and am very clean. I like to mostly stay in during the week but love to get out at the weekends to all the cliche Londoner activities lol. I take dance classes, have started playing tennis (there are courts just up the road!) and dabble in crochet. Really love going to gigs, nice pubs or finding somewhere to have a boogie.

What I am looking for....
Very sociable, LOVE going to the pub or just staying in watching films (have a fab little projector at the flat!). Looking for housemates around a similar age who are looking to make new friends. You will have to pass estate agents' reference checks - will need a min income of £24k or a UK based guarantor. No students sorry. Two friends would be fab but anyone we get along with would be welcomed with open arms.

The landlord would like to know who the new tenants are by the 8th of July so if interested send me a message and we can get to know each other more!! <3
