Spacious room in friendly house

Hello!

We have a spacious room available in our lovely 4-bedroom house in Cricklewood and are looking for a friendly housemate to join us.

We're currently an all girls household of working professionals and value a welcoming, peaceful and clean home.

The room available is spacious with loads of built in storage space. The bed, mattress and bedside table are included in the listing.

The house has great transport links, with Cricklewood station a 5 minute walk away and a bus stop directly opposite the house. The Jubilee (Willesden Green) and Northern (Golders Green) lines are both a 5 minute bus ride away.

We also have a co-op across the road from us, with a Lidl, Aldi and Sainsbury's all a 10 minute journey away.

West Hampstead is a 12 minute walk from us and has an array of coffee shops and pubs. There are also a few gyms nearby and Hampstead Heath is close by too!

The house has a great garden which we are busy prepping for summer.

The rent is £750 per month and bills (water, internet, council tax and electricity) total around £120 each month. Our council tax band is D.

We will be holding viewings throughout June and the room will be available from the 1st July.

Please note that the landlord requires references.
