The house is kept very clean and tidy (a cleaner comes every month).

Rent includes council tax and water.

The house is less than 1 mile away from both Golders Green and Cricklewood stations (10 mins walk or 3 stops on a bus from the end of the road) Bus stop is 2 minutes walk. It is also very close to Brent Cross Shopping Centre and several parks.
