Features of the room
A very well laid out 18.5 sq. m(approx) bedroom .The bedroom is located on the ground floor(street facing).
The bathroom (walk-in shower) is located right outside the bedroom which will be predominantly used by yourself however this is also our guest bathroom.
About the Household
We are a household filled with happy souls from across various cultures, nationalities and industry (Music, Arts, Hospitality, Marketing to name a few).
We love "Good Food" and a bit of banter at the table along with a pint or two beers.
Oh yeah!!! we are the best host when it comes to parties. In case, should you like to be in a Zen mode, we have got that covered too.
About our new Housemate
We are preferably looking for a long term housemate, someone who appreciates both social and private space. It's our home, so we want the incoming housemate to feel the same and look after/maintain the house with utmost care.

All shared living spaces including kitchen, staircases, ground floor bathroom(toilet only), garden & basement are cleaned by us every week(each of us will do the cleaning once in every 6 weeks).
Basic yet can be easily neglected, “ Clean after yourself “ . Communal areas especially kitchen surfaces, sink & stove to be kept clean and tidy at all times.
Note : All cleaning supplies & kitchen essentials(cling film, baking tray paper & silverfoil) are included in the rent.
