Small Double in clean/friendly house

Hey all,

One small furnished double will become available in our 6 bedroom house in mid August. It is located on the first floor and comes with a bed (small double) and built in wardrobe. There is space for a small desk. The occupant of this room will share a bathroom with 2 other people (both female). The kitchen is shared between 5 people. The 6th person in the house has a studio room with their own kitchen.

The house:
We have a kitchen diner, 1 shared bathroom (between 3 people) and a garden. The washing machine and dryer are in the shed outside. The house was completely refurbished in June 2023 and has been kept in excellent condition. All rooms have locks.

Bills:
All bills are included except the cleaner for the communal areas who comes bi-weekly. We pay her every 4 weeks (£7.5 each). She will also clean your room for an extra cost.
Internet is included in the rent by the landlord however we bought a faster internet and split it (8.15 per month). This is optional.

Location:
17mins walk to Willesden Green (Jubilee line). From there it’s 13mins to Bond Street.
20min bus to Golders Green (Northern Line).
15min bus to Kilburn/Brondesbury (Overground).
15mins walk to Cricklewood Station for National Rail services
Lidl, Tesco Express, Co-op, Iceland 10mins walk, big Tesco 10min drive
Gladstone Park, 10min walk
Brent Cross Shopping Centre, 20min bus
West Hampstead for restaurants/bars, 35min walk, 20min tube/bus

The housemates:
There’s me (Vicky, 36), Leila (39), Colette (30), Hazel (27) and Sandra (42). We are an international household and all get on well. We all like our quiet time but sometimes we watch tv or get dinner together. It isn’t a party house but feel free to have friends over as long as you’re respectful of others and give prior warning.

Four of us work from home for part of the week so there’s no problem if you do too. Although we have a cleaner we all pull our weight by tidying after ourselves, putting the bins out, buying the shared things like toilet paper and washing the tea towels etc.

We’re looking for someone within our age group who’s clean, respectful and can help us manage the house. Although it’s a 6 bedroom house, it’s not crowded, there’s never a queue for the kitchen and with 4 showers and 5 toilets you don’t have to wait to pamper yourself. Professionals with a Mon-Fri schedule preferred.
