Spacy Double Room in Cricklewood Zone2

Hi I’m Chalee (your potential future flatmate)!

Sadly my current flatmate is moving out so her room will become available at the end of Aug (31/08-01/09). We are looking for someone who would be willing to renew a 1 year contract directly with our landlady.

The rent is £1,100 a month with 5 weeks rent deposit (protected) and reference maybe required by the landlady.

The flat is very spacy and homey. You’ll have a double bed with lots of storage and furnitures (most will stay but some will be moving out with my flatmate). It’s a relatively new 2 bedrooms flat with 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room (open space), balcony and a storage room. We are on 2nd floor (with no lift sorry!).

Both bedrooms are pretty much similar in size. We have everything, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave and oven.

Bills are split between us and that will be (price per month):
WiFi - £18
Council tax - 109 (the most expensive one)
Electricity - around £25
Hot water and heating - we only top up £5 per month. The flat is very well-insulated and we have never have to turn the heating on.
Water - approx £10 but the bill comes every 6 months

Overall, monthly rent+bills will be around £1,250.

We have Co-op next door and Cricklewood Thameslink station is just 3 mins walk away! We also have a bougie gym such as David Lloyd which is also right in front of the flat.

The area is filled with homes so it’s really not dangerous and the block is nice and quiet too with more shops further down the road.

A bit about me. I'm 25 and have lived in this flat for a year already. I wfh 99% of the time so I will be home a lot but again, I also go out a lot in the evenings as well as weekend too. The vibe is pretty chilled here with no crazy loud late night parties etc. I'm clean, chilled and respectful to people's space so I hope to find someone who I can share the same vibe with and get along :)
