Large queen bed room to let in a 3 bedrooms house share to let in a new, modern, fully furnished and in excellent condition, with a shared bathroom house share.

Shared kitchen with dining area, washing machine etc, share of Livingroom too.

Transports are nearby and convenient.
Thameslink and Jubilee Line are about 10 minutes walk.
Many convenient stores 5 minutes by foot and a Jujitsu gym closed by 2 minutes as well.

The bills are not included and the deposit is 5 weeks.

You will share the flat with 2 Italian professional flatmates, Riccardo and Bianca.

We are looking for a professional that is easy going, chill, clean and open minded.

The room is available to move in from 22nd or 23rd September. The contract is for a year and will start the 22nd.
