Double room available as of now, long term.

We're looking for someone to join our creative three bed flat in Cricklewood/Kilburn.

The flat is really well connected, 5 min walk away from Cricklewood station (Thames link) and 15 min walk from Willesden Green (Jubilee).
Really easy to get into central London (King’s Cross in 25 mins). And with plenty of bus links into West Hampstead and Kilburn.

About the flat:
It's very spacious, being the top two floors of a house. 
- Shared living space with tv area and dining table.
- Balcony from living room. 
- Separate kitchen with a washer/dryer 
- Shared bathroom with bath and shower.
- Separate shared toilet.
- Bills and council tax not included

About the room:
Double room including bed and a huge wardrobe. Lots of space to have a desk and any other furniture.
It’s located on the first floor next to the living space.
Plenty of light and is quiet from the main road.

About us:
Hannah (23), a freelance jeweller. I work part time for a jewellers in Central and part-time from home on my own work.

Gus (23), a freelance writer, filmmaker and actor. When I’m not doing that, I work part-time in a pub in central!

We've both just graduated from creative degrees and are freelance, so are often working from home in the shared space. We’re both very respectful and like to keep shared areas calm and clean environments.

We're both friendly and relaxed. We like to watch films, chat in the eve and have mates over.
