Spacious, bright double room available for £837pcm in lovely three-bedroom second-floor apartment, Cricklewood NW2. The flat is furnished, and is clean, tidy and comfortable with a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is a modern fitted kitchen with a brand-new (less than two year old) fridge-freezer, ample cupboard space, an electric oven and dishwasher. The living space is cosy and pleasant with a large TV and a wide range of streaming services and games consoles. The immaculate, spacious bathroom comes with a roomy shower cubicle including a waterfall shower and a washer/dryer. The room itself is large, equipped with a double wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, king-size bed and mattress with ample space for a desk and chair. Bills are not included but are very reasonable, in the range of £100-140 per month (council tax band C), and the WiFi is fast and reliable.

Cricklewood is a fantastic area jam-packed with all the amenities you could wish for. There are numerous supermarkets, late-night corner shops, restaurants (featuring all types of cuisine), bars, gyms, pharmacies, banks and so much more. The transport options are varied and easily accessible, from Willesden Green tube station (zone 2+3, 10 mins) offering access to the Jubilee line, Cricklewood station (Thameslink, 4 mins) and a multitude of buses (including 24-hour routes).

The current occupant of the room is leaving after 2 years due to a need to relocate for work, and the remaining flatmates consist of one female (29) and one male (27), both creative professionals in the theatre and film industries. We adore the flat and intend to live here for the foreseeable future, and although we are sad to see our friend leave, we are excited to find a clean, tidy and sociable new flatmate to get to know. We like to spend some time together as a flat, and we have pretty regular film nights with a takeaway, cinema and theatre trips and are also partial to a games night (board or video, take your pick!) from time to time. If this sounds like it’s up your street, you will fit right in.

There are two start dates available for the tenancy: 22nd Oct 2024, or 22nd Nov 2024. The contract length will be 12 months with a 6-month break clause, and will be subject to the usual referencing and checks via an agency.
