As ill be moving out to move closer to my work, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely house! It’s shared with a great group of friendly, respectful females who each enjoy their own space. It’s a clean and tidy home where everyone keeps things peaceful. perfect if you like a calm, easygoing vibe.

About the Room & Space:
The room is spacious, with lots of storage – so you’ll have plenty of room for everything! The flat also has a cozy garden where you can unwind, and a well-lit, airy dining area that’s perfect for relaxing or catching up with housemates.

Shared Bathroom & Facilities:
One bathroom is shared between two people, so there’s plenty of privacy. The flat is in a safe, quiet location, giving you a calm spot to come back to after a busy day.

Location Perks:
The area has great transport links – it’s just a 15-minute to the Overground and an 8-minute to the Northern Line, making it easy to get around. It also has a huge lovely ground right behind perfect for a morning jog and exercise.

Viewings:
I’m available to show the room after 6 pm on weekdays and at any time over the weekend.
