The flat is located on Cricklewood Broadway – 5 minutes away from Cricklewood train station, shopping amenities, and 5 minutes away by bus from Kilburn tube station. Convenient bus links to all parts of London.

The room is fully furnished ( double glazed windows, double beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. The rent is:

£800 per calendar month for single occupancy

£800 + £400 = £1200 Required for first payment.
(£400 will be used towards the last month's rent)

The following are included:

- Utilities /water, electricity, gas, central heating/
- Council tax
- Fiber Optic Internet, TV License
- Cleaning products

The kitchen is fully furnished /fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine/

We also have all essentials for the kitchen /plates, mugs, pots, cutlery etc./ The flat has 1 bathroom, 1 toilet/ .

We are looking for a professional/student flatmates who are happy to move in ASAP. No pets please.
