- Dbl bedroom description
Big spacious dbl bedroom located on the 1st floor next to the kitchen and main bathroom. Fully furnished which includes the bed, desk, bedside table, wardrobe and more!

-Access to the property~
Outside entrance has two leading steps that access the front door leading to the hallway sharing with other occupants from the flat on ground floor, that then leads stairs up to the actual property. Once up, the first floor provides a spacious kitchen, the bedroom on offer for this ad, a spacious living room and the main. Keep in mind, hallway has a step to lead down towards the main exit of the house and a step for the kitchen. There is another set of stairs leading towards the 2nd floor/antic floor which takes you to the 2nd bathroom (the smaller one) and both bedrooms which belongs to the current tennants living there (including myself). Unfortunately, this property is not accessibility friendly with all the stairs & steps that the property comes with. This place does not come with a lift also. The property does not have an intercom, but rather a doorbell instead. Our kind neighbours usually accept any mail or parcels from us in the morning to avoid any missed deliveries, that usually is left at the main hallway to collect. We are also not a fragrance-free home as we tend to light up scented candles, essential oils and all that. We're happy to discuss this if this is a problem and can easily be sorted and negotiated.

- Current housemates~
• Head tenant is myself, I'm friendly, sociable and always happy to help. British born Portuguese. I've been living in the property the past 7 years, and I call the house my own genuine home! I'm a proud queer gay man working in pub management & freelancing massage therapist at home. I'm a plant parent🪴 love to cook (especially baking) and having cosy nights in and watching trashy TV or delving in a good book!
• The 2nd tennant has literally moved in as of last month, she is an LGBTQIA ally from Ukraine and enjoys the surroundings of queer and gay individuals. Also works in hospitality part time, but full time Art student. She enjoys meeting new people and hanging out with other people in the house also. Loves reading and creating art.

What the house comes with~
The house/masionette comes with 2 bathrooms (The one in blue is the main bathroom which comes with a bathtub on 1st floor & whilst the other one is on the 2nd floor that comes with a shower).
You'll also have a lovely spacious kitchen to use, you'll also be given plenty of shelves for your space & any food. Kitchen has a fridge, table & chairs, kettle, microwave, Toaster, airfryer, panini machine, smoothie blender, professional mixer and so on! Whilst in the hallway leading towards bathroom and living room, there is a shoe rack for all to use. Living room is spacious and currently offers two coaches, bean bag, coffee table, bookshelf, TV and bar shelf. Leading to upstairs is mostly the current housemate's rooms, although as mentioned, it is also the smaller bathroom for showering.

Parking is available if you plan to apply a residential permit to allow your vehicle to be parked on our road itself. Parking is free for anyone from 10pm - 9am. Unfortunately, none of us drive so we can only share what we only know!

What about you?~
We're looking for a 3rd person to join us in our cosy and spacious place from 1st January (New Year, new you!). Our 3rd housemate of 10 years is moving on and heading to Kent himself. Ideally we want someone with house awareness, someone who is clean & tidy, and someone who isn't afraid to make the house into their own. We are both sociable housemates, so we would love to find a 3rd who is also the same! Ideally someone looking for long term stay, however, we're open to those wanting short term, as our tennant agreement is flexible.

Any other questions that's I've missed or anything else that you may want to ask, please feel free to get in touch with me! I'm be so happy to help ☺️

I'd highly recommend this property for anyone looking for good quality of living as our landlord makes sure our fittings, fixtures or whatever you need gets done and fixed asap. Plus, the rent is affordable for what this place offers! Definitely a steal for what we are offering for sure!! 😀

Thank you
