The room includes a double bed, two spacious wardrobes and a chest of drawers. *Please note: The desk and chair in the photos belong to the current tenant and won’t be included.

- 20 minutes walk to Golders Green Station.
- Several bus stops nearby with frequent services: 102 and 226 take you to Golders Green easily and 113 will get you to Marble Arch in just 30 minutes
- A large Tesco is just a 10-minute walk away.

Costs:
- Rent: £750 per month.
- Council tax is included
- Utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet) are not included but come to around £100 per month.
