We have a well priced single room in a very clean house (flatmates treat it like a home and not just a place to stay as well as a weekly cleaner included in the rent) in a very well located area. The room itself comes furnished with a great bed and cupboards with more space to store your stuff right outside the door.

Comes with 2 toilets, one of which is a full bathroom.
The kitchen and living room are also shared and has recently been renovated with new carpets and well maintained since.

Close to all the local amenities, jubilee like is within 10/15min walking distance (Kilburn/Willesden Green) as well as the Thames link (Cricklewood) which takes you to central London within 20/25 mins.

Supermarkets and restaurants are plenty around the flat many of which close late for emergencies.

The housemates are professionals and are very friendly and accommodating.

The rent includes all the basic household needs (washing up liquid/toilet paper etc.)

The pics of the living room are the previous look and has recently been renovated and looks much better so we’d recommend coming in to see the flat.
