*Sublet* Large Double room in NW2

Lovely spacious double room available from end of Jan/Feb in a creative household!

Looking to rent out for 2/3 weeks. We have a lovely black cat who the renter would take care of - so we’d love someone who likes cats. He is an outdoor cat so you would only be expected to feed him and keep him company 🐈‍⬛

You’ll be sharing with 2 males and 3 females aged 22-26 years old. A mix of nationalities from Greek to Italian, we keep our house quite clean and all get on really well but keep to ourselves mostly as everyone works different hours, but enjoy sometimes having a drink or playing some games together in the kitchen.

House has a very large garden and spacious kitchen with a cosy living room area at the back.
