Looking for 3rd Housemate in a big house

Available from 24th March '26 (looking for long-term preferable, although short-time flexibility okay). Tennant agreement must be agreed upon & signed before move-in date. Must have employment, Proof of ID and right to work. Also confirmed guarantors to secure this space.

- Dbl bedroom description
Big spacious dbl bedroom located on the 1st floor next to the kitchen and main bathroom. Fully furnished which includes the bed, desk, bedside table, wardrobe and more!

- Current housemates~
• Long standing tenant is myself, I'm friendly, sociable and always happy to help. British born Portuguese. I've been living in the property the past 10 years, and I call the house my own genuine home! I'm a gay male working as pastry chef & freelance certified massage threapist. I love plants, love to cook (especially baking) and having cosy nights in and watching TV or delving into a good book!
• The 2nd tennant has literally moved in as of last year, she is from Ukraine and enjoys the skateboarding and painting art as she is a full time Art student. She enjoys meeting new people and hanging out with other people in the house also. Loves reading and healthy eating.

What the house comes with~
The house/masionette comes with 2 bathrooms (The one in blue is the main bathroom which comes with a bathtub + shower on 1st floor & whilst the other one is on the 2nd floor that comes with a shower, sink & toilet only).
You'll also have a spacious kitchen to use, you'll also be given plenty of shelves for food and such. Kitchen has a fridge, table & chairs, kettle, microwave, Toaster, panini machine, smoothie blender, professional mixer and so on! Whilst in the hallway leading towards bathroom and living room, there is a shoe rack for all to use. Living room is spacious and currently offers two coaches, bean bag, coffee table, bookshelf, TV and bar shelf. Leading to upstairs is mostly the current housemate's rooms, although as mentioned, it is also the smaller bathroom for showering.

What about you?~
We're looking for a 3rd person to join us in our cosy and spacious place from end of March 2026. Our 3rd housemate of 6 months is moving back to Paris after a short term let. Ideally we want someone with strong house awareness, someone who is clean & tidy, and someone who isn't afraid to make the house into their own. We are both sociable housemates, so we would love to find a 3rd who is also the same! Ideally someone looking for long term stay, however, we're open to those wanting short term, as our tennant agreement is flexible.

Bills are excluded from the ad as it is subject to change from April, but that can be discussed by message or in person.
