Small double room in family home

I have a room to rent in my family home. The room is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe and draws as well as some under bed storage.

I share the home with my well mannered 7 year old son, so am looking for someone kind, trustworthy, considerate and reliable to take the spare room.

The room was previously occupied by a family member so is well looked after, and I am hoping who ever rents this time round we can also treat as part of our family.

Shared bathroom and kitchen, living room facilities, we also have a back garden.

We are a 8 min walk to Cricklewood train station (Thameslink) which will get you to central London in 20 mins or St albans in the other direction. Buses are 5 mins walk from our home and a 10 mins journey via bus will get you to willesden green/kilburn/ west Hampstead underground (jubilee), brondesbury(overground) or golders green (northern).

A 10 mins walk to Cricklewood Broadway or 10 mins on bus to Brent cross shopping centre.

Very quiet and plesant neighbourhood away from the main road but close enough to local amenities.

Lovely local parks include- child's hill & Brent cross town (Claremont park)

Very rare free parking available.

185pw rent can be paid weekly or monthly and includes all bills.

Deposit is 4 weeks plus 4 weeks rent in advance. Happy to negotiate on this where it makes sense.

Female lodger preferred, but will consider male if personable and right vibe.

About me:
I'm freelance graphic designer working from home, I would love to have someone here who I can socialise with when appropriate but also value alone time. I'm into fun activities, restaurants, brunches, music gigs, spa, travelling.

About my son: my 7yo is home educated and an independent, warm hearted and well mannered soul. He loves playing Minecraft, running and enjoys rollercoasters.

Our house is child free EVERY WEEKEND😉
