We are filling the fourth bedroom in our new flat — could you be the one to join us?

It’s 20 mins walk to Willesden Green tube (Jubilee zone 2) and 15 mins walk to Cricklewood station (Overground). There’s a bus that takes 6 mins to Golders Green on the Northern Line

The house has wooden floors, a garden, a small balcony. We are setting it up. We’ve set up the internet, one of us has shared our PlayStation, films and books, slow cooker. We have a lovely vibe in the flat.

The room itself fits a double bed and a triple wardrobe. There’s central heating and broadband. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with two (neat and tidy) guys.

The house doesn’t include bills, but I have calculated £710 rent pcm for the smallest room plus around £110 bills pcm. We've arranged broadband, there's central heating, and we're splitting costs. There is also the option to share an office space.

The landlady requires that the fourth person also meets the OpenRent referencing requirements: proof of income, tenancy and employment references, right to rent.

We're a friendly flat where each of us also enjoys our own space. It's a lovely vibe.
