Huge Double Room in a Warm & Friendly Home

We’re a friendly house of working professionals looking for a lovely new housemate to join our warm and welcoming home. It’s a relaxed, happy space with a great balance between being social and respecting each other’s privacy.

The room available is a huge double room - bright, spacious, and perfect for someone who wants to feel truly at home rather than just have a place to sleep. The house has a lovely, positive atmosphere, we enjoy hanging out when it suits (perhaps over a cup of tea in the kitchen or in the garden on sunny days!) but we also value our own downtime.

You’ll be sharing with considerate, easygoing housemates who like to keep things clean, cosy, and friendly. We’re looking for someone kind, respectful, and like-minded who will fit right in and add to the great energy of the house.

Location & Transport:
We’re in the heart of Cricklewood, just a 5-minute walk to the Thameslink station and a 5-minute bus ride to Golders Green. The 260, 460, and 245 buses stop directly outside the house, and the 113 is also very close by making it super easy to get around London. We’re also within walking distance of Hampstead Heath!

The House:
We’re lucky to have a huge garden - great for BBQs, relaxing, or working outdoors when the weather’s nice. The house is fully equipped with all the essentials (Wi-Fi, washing machine, shared kitchen, two bathrooms) and has a genuinely homely feel.
