Double room in cosy 2 bed flat

Hi there, I’m looking for someone to takeover my current flatmates room (and contract) for the next 9 months of our lease. The room is large with lots of natural light and loads of storage space. We have a kitchen and a bathroom and a cosy attic living room upstairs, with a telly and comfy sofas. The whole flat is filled with loads of lovely natural light and is managing to stay pretty warm as it is carpeted throughout. Bills (incl. council tax band C) come out to around £150 per month pp.
The flat is less than 10 mins walk to both Willesden (Jubilee) and Cricklewood (Thameslink) so is super easy to get into town. There are also loads of supermarkets and shops in a 5 mins walk from the flat.

I’m a student and currently working part-time so will be in and out quite a lot. My flat is a place for resting and reenergising so ideally looking for someone who would treat it the same way. I use the flat cooking, reading, watching films and relaxing so would be open to sharing with someone who would be up for the same kind of stuff.
