My two roommates are leaving the UK, so I’ll have two rooms available from March 1st:
-Room 1- large double room - biggest room in the flat - lots of natural light- comes furnished with double bed, big wardrobe and chest of drawers -
£920 per month
-Room 2- double room - furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (at the moment is being used as an office as the desk belongs to my flatmate)
£760 per month
About the flat:
Located in NW2 - bus stops less than 5 minutes away going towards Paddington, Marble Arch, Brent Cross, Golders Green, North Finchley, White City. Willesden Green tube station is 10 minutes away. Cricklewood rail station, 5 minute away with trains to Luton, Gatwick, King's Cross.
There is easy access to everything - tesco express, coop, Iceland are 2 minute walk up the road. It's situated on the second floor of a building with a total of 6 flats, 2 per floor. All neighbours are young professionals.
The flat was refurbished when we entered and it is made of a very bright, separate kitchen with breakfast table, a spacious living room with dining table, one bathroom with a big and beautiful shower, washing machine and dryer.
The flat is currently managed by a very kind agency, they will do the usual checks and ask for a 5 week deposit.
Council Tax band C
Bills are not included but usually are around £100 each
About me: I'm 29, I currently work in accounting for a private members club and I wfh 3 days per week. I love to go to the cinema, theatre, try restaurants and bars, the occasional pub, going to concerts, yoga and pilates. In regards to, what kind of a flatmate you can expect, I'm tidy and considerate, I'd love to share the flat with someone similar and be friends with my flatmates. London is a busy city, sharing a laugh is great :)
*All the pictures are recently taken, the flat has very big windows and the light is natural but it is February.
