Cosy Room in Flatshare - West Hampstead

Hi, I’m Mayra! I am currently looking for a female roommate in the flat I am renting as my roommate is moving out in June. I am the only other roommate.

The room advertised is slightly smaller than the room I am in as it has a single bed, but it’s cosy, and already furnished. Our living room/kitchen is our shared space, and we share a bathroom + hallway. We are in the Camden Council Tax area, so we are Band D (we share the cost of this as we do the utilities which usually amount to 100-150 gbp in total pp in addition to base rent)

The flat is very well-located, right next to bus stops, with a 10 minute walk from Cricklewood Train Station (with Thameslink trains), and about a 10-15 min walk away from Kilburn Tube Station. Facilities nearby are great in Mill Lane, Cricklewood, Kilburn, and West Hampstead.

Currently working full-time fixed term, so would love to have a roommate who has a lifestyle that can align with this (e. g. no loud parties/gatherings weekdays at the flat after 10 pm, etc!).
