THE ROOM

The room is on the ground floor and comes furnished with double bed, mattress , wardrobe, and shelving unit - all the other bits of furniture belong to me and will be going away ,however , additional furniture can be provided if needed,...and if you dont like purple, the walls can be painted in a more neutral colour (the tenant before me picked this colour)

THE HOUSE
The house has 5 bedrooms , a small though very functional fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs, electric oven , air fryer, washing machine , microwave , toaster, fridges and freezer, a living room, with access to the garden and additional storage , a bathroom with WC and bathtub and a garden .

RENT AND BILLS
The rent is £700 / month .
The bills (energy , water, council tax , internet ) are included in the rent.

THE HOUSEMATES
You will be sharing the house with 4 other housemates who are 40years old + professionals so it would be probably best suited for someone of the same age group.
They are all friendly and considerate . Everyone is quite independent but sociable , enjoying the occasional chat, laughters and/or drink(s) every now and again . There is also a very cute and friendly house cat .

THE AREA
The house is located in North Cricklewood, within walking distance to the high street that offers a whole selection of supermarkets, restaurants , pubs , gym , and more .. there is a park just behind the house, a massive Tesco on the other side of the park , Brent Cross shopping center and Golders Green are also very near .

Easy access to local buses (including night buses ) 113, N113, 102, 226, C11, 189 routes just round the corner, and other public transports
