A bright and comfortable room is available in a friendly shared flat located in Cricklewood, on Temple Road.

The room is furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, offering good storage space and a comfortable living environment.

The flat is conveniently located just a few minutes from the bus stop, with easy connections to the nearest station and central London.

Bills and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.

You will be sharing the flat with 5 people in total, while the bathroom is shared with only 2 other flatmates. The kitchen is spacious and fully usable, and the house also benefits from a lovely garden area.

We keep the flat clean and organised through a regular cleaning rota, so we are looking for someone friendly, respectful, and considerate of the common areas.

The room is suitable for both students and professionals.

Smoking is not allowed inside the flat.

Available from the 5th of June (earlier move-in may also be possible if needed).

You will liaise directly with the landlord regarding rent and tenancy arrangements.
