I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious double room in our modern 3-bedroom apartment in Cricklewood as I’m moving back home.

🏡 The Room

The room is bright, spacious and fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and plenty of storage.

You’ll have your own toilet and sink, while the bath/shower is shared with one other flatmate. As Anika has her own separate toilet, you’ll generally have plenty of space for your toiletries and use of the bathroom.

👯 The Flat

One of my favourite things about living here is how peaceful it is. Both flatmates work full-time and have their own routines, so the communal areas rarely feel busy.

You’ll be living with:

• Anika (28) – works long hours as a nanny and is often out during the day and into the evening. Friendly, considerate and easy-going.

• Abass (30) – an accountant who’s super chilled, respectful and mostly keeps to himself.

It’s a friendly, relaxed household where everyone enjoys their own space, but we’re always happy to have a chat when we cross paths. Friends and partners are always welcome too.

📍 Location

• Brent Cross Shopping Centre nearby
• Easy access to Hampstead Heath
• Great transport links into Central and South London

💷 Costs

• Rent: £1,030 per month
• Bills: £140 per month (covers everything)
• Deposit: £750

The deposit is lower than usual because the tenancy dates back to the original tenants who signed during Covid, and names have simply been transferred as people have moved in and out.

For transparency, the bedroom overlooks a building site. There is activity Monday–Saturday during the day, but the flat is quiet in the evenings and overnight.
