Hi, we are looking for a new housemate interested in a spacious fully furnished double room in Cricklewood available from the second half of August.

The room has a double bed, 2 wardrobes, 2 chests of drawers, one office table and a chair, a mirror and a chest for the laundry.

Approximately 10mins walk to Cricklewood rail station (easy access to Kentish Town, St Pancras International, Farringdon, Luton Airport etc.), less than 10 mins by bus (16, 332, 32, 316) to Kilburn tube station (Jubilee Line, Zone2) and about 15/20 minutes from Golders Green (Northern Line).
The house has a common living room (with a modern tv and sky) and kitchen (fully equipped) area and a bathroom.

In the other 3 rooms there are friendly young professionals, 2 English guys and a Czeck girl (20-35 y/o). The Landlord, not living in, is very friendly and nice and tries to always be available and to make improvements.

The price of the room is 465£ a month, including all bills, internet and sky. Deposit is 400£. The payment has to be done once a month within the 21st of each month.
