Description

please contact Nicole on the phone for any questions or info needed

This flat doesn't come by easily, which is why we've lived here for the last 7 years. It is a cosy, clean and comfy home; always comforting to come back to after a long day.

You can see photos of your room, in addition to what you see on the picture there is: a bed with memory foam mattress, a small work desk plus a closet and other bits.

The flat spans over two floors. Downstairs is the fully equip kitchen with a: washing machine, gas cooker with a grill and oven(Juicer, nutri bullet and much more), bathroom with bathtub and shower, and Nicole's room.

There is some storage space in the flat too if you have stuff you need to put aside.

The entrance to the flat is a small alleyway which has a secure code gate for your comfort and safety.

There is no living room but we have a very large roof terrace with a picnic table and a BBQ. We are starting to grow lots of fruit and veg and are expecting to have blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, tomatoes, spring onions, pumpkins, and lots of mint and herbs growing on there. So if you are someone who loves nature and plants and even willing to help out in maintaining and watering the roof, you will have a massive plus :)

HOUSEMATES: Nicole and Cyrille . Nicole is half Italian half Israeli and Cyrille is French. Both professionals, Nicole works in Queen Mary University and Cyrille in the visual effects industry for films. They are both Very clean, organized, relatively quiet and easy going.

What we expect from you:
We are looking for someone who is in full-time employment as this isn't a student party house type of flat. We would also expect you to be very clean, respectful to the other housemates, and to get along with the cat! His name is gingi and he's great.

It would be nice to have some one that cares about their environment and would enjoy coming together and organising a dinner or BBQ from time to time over some good wine..

The rent includes water and GAS BILLS!!! giving you a warm and cosy flat on those cold winter days.

Extra bills:
-£10 internet a month
-£35 electricity a month
-£35 council tax a month
-£5 for flat piggy bank on cleaning, kitchen and bathroom things we all use

Great rent, very quick access to the city (Jubilee line from kilburn or willesden green), very quick access to Stansted, Luton, and Heathrow Airport. Cricklewood Thameslink train towards Kings Cross(3 min walk from home), and Brondesbury overground towards Camden and East London.

VIEWING DATES: we will be doing viewings for the room and to give you a chance to meet Nicole and Cyrille
